Consultations & Professional Services

All consultation fees (online or on-site), call-out fees, installation labour, system commissioning, and cleaning services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. These services involve professional time, travel, and expertise which cannot be reversed or returned.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may forfeit the consultation fee. Clients may request to reschedule subject to availability. Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure bookings and initiate work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered. If a project is cancelled before any work has started and no costs have been incurred, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

Products & Equipment

Where equipment is supplied by Mwelase iLanga Energy, refunds may only be issued if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Custom-ordered equipment is non-refundable unless proven defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout. No cash refunds are provided.

Disputes & Chargebacks

By making payment on our website, the client confirms acceptance of this Refunds & Returns Policy. Any disputes or chargebacks raised without prior engagement with us may be challenged using proof of service delivery, booking records, and this policy.
